Short version: we collect what we need to get your christmas light installation job quoted, we pass it to one holiday lighting installer, and nobody else sees it. The detail is below.

Information you give us

Whatever you choose to send us. For a christmas light installation request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

Where it goes

To answer your request and pass it to the one vetted, independent holiday lighting installer that covers Burlington through this site. They contact you, quote in writing, and do the work under their own licences and insurance.

Cookies and tracking

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Retention

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Access, correction and deletion
